Supports the efforts of the store leadership team in storeswith larger quick serve restaurant operation.Assists management with overall restaurant conditions and operations, inorder to maximize customer experience and store profitability. Fosters acoaching environment where employees want to excel and are recognized for theirachievements. Responsible for preparing and keeping fresh food products in anappealing, safe and, welcoming display and assures the kitchen provides fastand friendly service to the customer.
