Strive Creative is seeking a freelance Graphic Designer with an exceptional design background and good problem solving skills. This role must be filled by someone who is passionate, sharp, and is looking for a challenge. Things move fast at Strive and we need someone who can think a few steps ahead and plan accordingly. We prefer self-motivated employees, who think for themselves and don’t wait to be told what to do.

Primary Responsibilities:

We are looking for a freelance Graphic Designer to collaborate across departments to produce amazing work for our clients and prospective customers.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

• Conceptualize, design and implement creative graphics and content, both print and digital, on time and within budget
• Develop and design layouts, inclusive of copy and images for sales collateral (PDF and PPT), digital ads, onsite promotional materials (banners, printed collateral), etc.
• Create layouts for Websites
• Create and/or update existing presentations and collateral; design new ones, create branded collateral for client presentations and trade shows
• Adhere to marketing objectives, creative direction, and brand consistency
• Manage design revisions and approval of artwork and information accuracy
• Manage utilization and archive of all project artwork
• Keep file structure organized and help develop and maintain best practice procedures
• Collaborate closely with staff, partners, and clients on developing assets
• Work with the Video department to create and deliver high quality motion graphics optimized for video/web/social media dissemination

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (fine arts, multimedia production, journalism, or social sciences) or relevant technical training and experience in video and digital design and production.
• At least 2 years’ experience in graphic design at an agency or freelance.
• Extensive knowledge and skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, Bridge, InDesign required.
• Experience and/or knowledge in data visualization is a plus.
• Strong time management and problem solving skills.

• Experience with DaVinci editing software
• Experience with Project Management software
• Social Media knowledge & experience
