Chiropractic Assistant/Treatment Assistant

We are seeking a Chiropractic assistant/Treatment assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have an interest in learning about the chiropractic field. They should have strong attention to detail, be organized, and have the ability to provide excellent customer service. The position requires the candidate to assist with patient treatment protocol, assist with patient exams, direct patient flow, help with documentation/charges and assist in social share. The ideal candidate should also be comfortable using both computer and manual systems.

Responsibilities:

• Present and provide care to established patients
• Assist the doctor in exams/reexams
• Direct patient flow
• Help with documentation and charges
• Create an internal referral program and social share

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong leadership skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
