Position: Night Shift Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Old Mills Rehabilitation, Omaha, Nebraska
Salary Range: $36 - $41 per hour
Experience Required: Minimum of three (2-3) years of RN experience
Sponsorship: Open to sponsorship for EB-3 Schedule A

Position Overview: We are seeking two dedicated and experienced Night Shift Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team. As an RN at Old Mills Rehabilitation, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality nursing care to our patients during the night shift. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and assess patient health status and provide necessary interventions
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Provide compassionate care and support to patients and their families
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nebraska
- Minimum of three (3) years of RN experience, preferably in a rehabilitation or long-term care setting
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
