Company: Strong Force Staffing (National Healthcare Direct Placement Partner)
Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year
Sign-On Bonus: Relocation incentives available for qualified candidates
Type: Full-Time, Direct Placement Opportunity
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience in Labor & Delivery.
  • Previous leadership or management experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
  • Valid RN license in the state of Georgia.
  • Certification in Inpatient Obstetric Nursing (RNC-OB) preferred.

  • Patient Care Management: Maintain high standards of care, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
  • Quality Improvement: Implement and monitor strategies to continuously improve patient outcomes.
  • Education & Development: Promote professional growth and continuous learning within your team.
What Were Looking For:
  • Experience: 3-5 years in Labor & Delivery, with leadership experience preferred.
  • Education: RN license (GA); RNC-OB certification preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
