Strongbox Security Services, LLC is seeking an Unarmed Security Guard to become an integral part of our team at our new Ayer location. The selected individual will patrol and secure assigned premises as well as identify risks to staff and clients.

We are a young, family-oriented company with a positive, energetic culture looking for motivated candidates to add to our team. You will be completing an in-person interview at our Acton, MA headquarters.

We're looking for Full-time and Part-time employees.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
• Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
• Notify subjects of violations to client rules and procedures
• Report any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipes
• Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations
• Be able to do full reports on incidents as needed
• To be able to follow instructions including company policies
• To be able to use your mobile phone to clock in, clock out, do scans, and keep track of your schedule.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or other related fields preferred but not required
• Ability to perform normal physical tasks to include standing for periods of time, walking, and lifting
• Strong attention to detail
• Valid Massachusetts Drivers' license
• Reliable vehicle
• Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Pass a CORI check
• Have to be at least 19yrs of age or older
• Must be able to communicate and write in English

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Overnight shift
• Weekends only
