• Computer proficiency with experience using scheduling software.
• Experience level preferred - 1 yr experience, BUT we will train.

Job Responsibilities: This position will require sitting for long periods of time working at a computer and answering phones. Daily responsibilities include:

• Answering phones with a pleasant demeanor to provide a positive first impression with every phone call.
• Assessing clients’ service needs and scheduling the appropriate serviceperson to the job site.
• Answering questions about Strongbuilt services, pricing, and service procedures.
• Inbound/Outbound notifying clients of upcoming appointments.
• Communicating internally with our client service staff, service technicians, and other members of our team.
• Providing an exceptional client service experience at every opportunity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
