Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Structural Stone, LLC. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the company. This includes tasks such as answering phone calls, packing samples, data entry, assisting with HR, Accounting, & Sales/Marketing tasks as well as random clerical duties.

• Proficient phone etiquette and excellent communication skills
• Strong clerical skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in a similar role is preferred
• Tech skills would be useful
