Title: Client Relations Specialist (Full-time)

Reports To: Manager, Business Development

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve the corporate competitive position through direct contact with potential clients through phone and email correspondence.
• Work closely with sales team in developing, implementing and expediting the following StructureTec marketing procedures and programs:
• Maintain and manage call campaigns
• Research & develop prospects/contacts for target accounts
• Contacting attendees for educational webinars and collaborative networking lunches/events
• CRM contact database entry updates

• Conduct approximately 75-100 B2B calls per day depending on the daily objective

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-3 years customer service experience preferred
• Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel knowledge & skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Must be able to quickly develop rapport with clients, ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
• Must possess excellent listening skills and perform in a professional, energetic, and outgoing manner
• Strong desire to succeed with the ability to focus and achieve daily objectives
