The company is a Japanese lifestyle brand that manufactures wellness items. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and client retention by delivering timely, consistent, and quality service to achieve the revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business.
• Evaluate cost-effectiveness and optimize sales activities for maximum efficiency.
• Seek new approaches and methods, proactively implementing effective alternatives.
• Collaborate with internal and external parties to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Quickly collect and analyze market information, sharing it with relevant parties.
• Maintain a good relationship with clients, responding promptly to requests and addressing issues.
• Other duties assigned.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Japanese - Conversational to Professional Working level.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
• 3 years of sales experience or equivalent work experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally, as needed.
• Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a commitment to, and passion for, working in a health care opportunity and workforce expansion mission-driven organization.
• Time management, organizational, and record keeping skills and discipline in personal management, self-motivation, accountability and responsibility.
