STS Industrial, Inc. is Hiring an Executive Administrative Assistant Near Pasadena, TX

Executive Administrative Assistant for HR & Training Department of an Industrial Supply Company, STS Industrial, Inc.

  • The key experience required is a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an Executive Administrative assisting role.
  • Executive administrative assisting experience in HR and/ or training departments will be given priority for consideration.
  • This is not a decision-making position; it is a support position to the department leader.
  • Experience in creating graphic designs is required either for marketing, training, or other business-related processes. A portfolio of work will be requested.
  • Experience in moderate project management is required. A detailed explanation of your most recent project will be required.

Proof of Graphic Design work samples, use of Microsoft Office software through assessments, and organizing a complex Directory and Folder file structure will be required.

Compensation Overview:

  • $22-$23/ hour depending on experience with providing this type of administrative support.
  • Quarterly Teamwork Bonus Program

*Bonuses are calculated based on your performance, the team's performance, and the company's performance during the 3-month period of time. Bonus rate is based on 35 hours times your hourly rate of pay. It can be more or less than $770 per quarter depending on the calculation of the performance factors.
