Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up, cleaning and organizing event spaces
- Manage event registration and check-in processes
- Provide excellent customer service to event attendees
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all guests, especially children
- Assist with event activities and games
- Resolve conflicts or issues that may arise during events
- Perform public speaking announcements or presentations as needed
- Parking lot management
- Collaborate with the hospitality team to enhance guest experience
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in events management, or related fields is a plus
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Strong conflict management skills
- Background in hospitality industry is a plus
