Your role is to plan, manage, and oversee all event aspects to ensure it runs smoothly and successfully.Responsibilities :

• Event Planning :
• Work with stakeholders to understand goals and needs.
• Create a detailed plan with timelines and tasks.
• Organize logistics like setup, signage, and catering.
• Participant Management :
• Communicate event details and expectations.
• Manage registration and ensure forms are completed.
• Provide guidance to participants throughout.
• Healthcare Provider Coordination :
• Ensure providers are prepared.
• Monitor service quality during the event.
• On-Site Event Management :
• Ensure setup is ready on time.
• Keep the event running smoothly.
• Address any issues promptly.
• Coordinate with venue staff for safety.
• Post-Event Evaluation :
• Gather feedback from participants and providers.
• Assess event success based on set criteria.
• Prepare a report with outcomes and suggestions.

Requirements :

• Previous Event Coordinator experience, ideally in healthcare or corporate events.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Knowledge of health screening procedures preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management or related field preferred.

Working Conditions :
