As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing office operations, and assisting with medical tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Front Desk Duties :
• Greet patients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous manner.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Verify and update patient information and insurance details.
• Manage patient check-ins and check-outs, including processing payments and handling patient records.
• Medical Assistant Duties :
• Prepare patients for examination and assist the ENT physician during procedures.
• Perform basic clinical tasks such as administering medications, performing ear irrigation, and preparing specimens for lab tests.
• Maintain a clean and organized examination room, ensuring all medical supplies are stocked and available.
• Document patient interactions and update electronic health records accurately.

Qualifications :

• Experience :
• Previous experience in a medical office or clinical setting preferred.
• Experience with ENT procedures and terminology is a plus.
• Education :
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant training program or certification is highly desirable.
• Skills :
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with office equipment and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
