STS Technical Services is hiring Sales Engineers to bridge the gap between sales and engineering, driving company growth by providing technical expertise to support sales efforts. You’ll play a key role in understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring that technical aspects align with sales objectives. This position requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex details into easily understandable information for non-technical audiences.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and offer technical solutions.
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Translate complex technical information into clear, customer-friendly solutions.
  • Provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on customer insights.
  • Prepare technical proposals and quotes, ensuring all technical aspects are addressed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and company product developments.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and events.
  • Work with after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct client training sessions on the company’s products.

Qualifications:

  • Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience. Minimum 2-3 years in sales engineering or technical sales.
  • Language Ability: Proficient in reading, interpreting, and drafting technical documentation. Multilingual is a plus.
  • Reasoning Ability: Strong analytical skills to align customer needs with company offerings.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in CRM tools and presentation software, with knowledge of technical product specifications.
  • Other Skills: Strong networking skills to establish and maintain professional relationships.
