Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fiberglass Laminator or similar role
- Proficiency in using cranes, forklifts, and airless paint spraying systems
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Ability to perform machining tasks and auto body repairs
- Strong mechanical aptitude for assembly, welding, and fabrication of fiberglass components
