Job Description: We are currently in search of an adaptive and multitask oriented Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining project schedules, exercising independent judgment in evaluation, selection, and use of standard techniques. Working in a small firm offers a diversity of responsibilities, from engaging closely with clients, collaborating with the SfA Team on the development of the design through to the completion of the project.

Responsibilities

• Direct contact with clients.
• Analyzes and develops approaches to the creation and modification of architectural documents, elevations, sections, details, specifications, etc.
• Develops solutions to design problems.
• Performs product research; assists with material selections.
• Participates in team meetings to help resolve project issues, coordination with other disciplines, schedule adherence, and technical issues.
• Prepares meeting minutes for consultant coordination meetings.
• Communicates in a clear, concise, and professional manner, both verbally and in writing.
• Applies proper QA/QC methods throughout project.
• Attend on-site visits, field reviews, project meetings and documents appropriately.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Design from an accredited school.
• 7-10 years of related experience as a Project Manager with a strong technical background that is balanced with a creative approach.
• Advanced knowledge in Revit and BIM required.
• Proficient in Sketchup 3D Max and or Rhino software rendering applications.
• Knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup, and InDesign is a plus.
• Solid understanding of Florida Building Codes and ability to research and incorporate required information into technical documents.
