Fast paced, multidisciplinary architecture and interior design studio specializing in high-end residential and hospitality projects seeks a talented and self-motivated candidate for an FF&E Intern position. We are looking for someone skilled and savvy who is eager to become involved in all phases of the design process.

Duties:

• Assist FF&E team on projects
• Gathering quotes from vendors and contractors 
• Assist with sourcing and selection of the following under Project Manager’s guidance:
• Materials/Fabrics
• Furniture
• Decorative Lighting
• Accessories
• Assist in the making of client presentations 
• Including drawing Furniture Plans and Elevations in AutoCAD
• Assist in procurement of projects including the invoicing process and keeping track of overall project budget spreadsheets
• Provide support on-site during installation
• Organize office material and fabric libraries 
• Assist in day-to-day office tasks and errands

Requirements:

• Current student or recent graduate in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
• Proficient in AutoCAD drafting, and 3D rendering skills a plus
• Proficiency with graphics software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and MS Office Suite
• Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills
• Able to multi-task and work independently
• Knowledge of textile and furniture showrooms a plus

This is a paid internship with a flexible schedule. Salary is commensurate with experience and may become a full-time position based on performance.
