Join our dynamic team at SP-ARC as a Senior Project Manager, where your leadership and expertise will drive the success of high-impact architectural projects from concept through completion. This is an on-site position, offering the opportunity to directly influence the quality and execution of our projects. A Senior Project Manager can work on any/all phases of development, and can also oversee all phases, including Pre-Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration, ensuring exceptional outcomes that meet our high standards for quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

Your Role:

• Lead and Inspire: Guide and mentor project teams to deliver exceptional construction documents across all project phases. Your leadership will be key to meeting project milestones and exceeding client expectations.
• Ensure Excellence: Maintain oversight to ensure projects align with client contracts, goals, and budgets. Clearly communicate project expectations, tasks, and deadlines to your team, consultants, and vendors in a professional and respectful manner.
• Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with the Principal Architect and VP, providing clear, timely communication to keep everyone aligned and informed on project progress and critical decisions.
• Decision-Making: Confidently able to make decisions and provide sound judgment, supporting your choices with clear reasoning. Engage the right team members in decision-making processes to foster a collaborative environment.
• Client-Centric Focus: Cultivate strong client relationships by keeping them updated on project progress and addressing their needs proactively. Your role will be instrumental in managing client interactions and resolving any challenges that arise.
• Technical Expertise: Offer guidance and technical insights to ensure that construction documents are detailed, precise, and reflect the design intent. Oversee the detailing and finish applications, ensuring all elements align with project goals.
• Construction Administration: Oversee construction administration duties, ensuring the seamless transition of designs from paper to reality.

Pay: $78,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
