Job Summary:
Studio T Arts & Entertainment, a nonprofit youth empowerment & arts organization, seeks a detail-oriented, highly organized and community-minded individual to join our administrative team as Executive Assistant. Reporting to the Executive Director, this position offers growth potential and competitive compensation. The Executive Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the ED and serves as liaison to the Board of Directors. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and to working within an environment that is diverse, mission driven and ever changing. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations and will possess strong communication, administrative, and organizational skills.

The Executive Assistant reports to the Executive Director. Primary duties are outlined below.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
The successful candidate will have completed their high school education and have a minimum of three years related employment experience with work in the nonprofit sector preferred. S/he will have a good working knowledge of general office procedures, and of all Microsoft Office applications, Google Suite, and social media web platforms. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must, and the candidate should have the ability to prioritize and organize multiple activities, while being flexible and adapting to shifting priorities. In addition, s/he will be personable, proactive and self-motivated, as well as having excellent communication skills (electronic, written and verbal) with demonstrated ability to access a wide range of sources and networks for information. This position requires good judgment and the ability to function independently, thrive in an ever-evolving diverse community, as well as handle sensitive and confidential situations with diplomacy.
