Construction & Facilities Manager
About Stuf
Stuf is a next-generation self-storage startup delivering modern, tech-enabled storage solutions closer to consumers and businesses. We are proud to be the home away from home for people's stuff. Traditional options are out of the way and inconvenient, so we’re building a hyperlocal storage network by monetizing basements, garages, and other underutilized spaces in your neighborhood. We take a hospitality-driven approach to delivering a best-in-class member experience powered by proprietary technology.
Today, our network spans San Francisco, New York, Los Angeles, Seattle, Boston, Washington, DC and Atlanta. We have big plans to accelerate our growth and expand our network over the next few years.
Stuf was recognized by Fast Company as a Most Innovative Company for 2022. We’ve raised venture funding from Altos Ventures, Harlem Capital, Wilshire Lane Partners, and Good Friends, and our founder was named to Inc.'s 2022 Female Founders 100 List. We dream big, communicate openly, show up for our teammates, and do whatever it takes to get it done.

This is a unique chance to execute major expansion in an entrepreneurial role with significant growth potential, and your work will redefine the self-storage industry for years to come. You value organization and are a natural multi-tasker with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects at different stages. You are scrappy, creative, and love doing what others say can’t be done. You also understand how your business decisions impact the broader business both financially and operationally.
