Responsibilities :
Job Type: Full-time
- Manage the day to day jobsite activities and operations for the construction of the project.
- Responsible for project quality control.
- Provide leadership to the subcontractor workforce.
- Review the plans and specifications for the project.
- Prepare, manage and update the project schedule including determining the sequence for work and scheduling all material deliveries. Required to complete 2 week look aheads for each project.
- Address any safety issues on the jobsite as they arise and report any incidents to all appropriate parties.
- Complete any necessary paperwork responsibilities including daily reports of field activity.
- Manage site logistics, coordinate site visit inspection requests.
- Weekly safety meetings
- Valid Massachusetts Construction Supervisor's License.
- OSHA 10
- Knowledge in construction safety and OSHA requirements.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Strong work ethic, team oriented, ability to multi-task, problem-solve.
- Ability to work well with clients and the overall team.
- Must be able to pass a CORI check for school based projects
