This is an opportunity for a self-motivated and driven individual to continue to grow a rewarding marketing career. Responsibilities
- Support our marketing team in the preparation of qualifications statements and proposals, which involves assisting with research, layout, editing, coordination among team members, and production (i.e., reproduction, packaging, delivery)
- Coordinate with managers to maintain marketing and business development materials including databases, schedules, client management documents, and other support materials
- Manage and update information in marketing databases
- Provide client lead tracking and documentation of activity and outcomes
- Miscellaneous marketing administrative support
- Curiosity about the built environment
- Commitment to quality and strategy
- Flexibility and creativity in responding to clients (internal and external)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details
- Ability to manage assignments under deadline pressure and, when necessary to meet deadlines, be willing to work overtime
- Must also be resourceful and have a strong work ethic
- Associates/Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated equivalency
- 2 years or proposal experience within the AEC industry is required
- Experience in Microsoft ® Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign
Compensation Range$49,243.00 - $65,658.00
