In this role, you will work on innovative bridge projects that will shape the future of transportation. Apply now and be a part of our dynamic and talented team! Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership and direction for the bridge practice, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Lead project teams as the Project Manager/Design Manager and deliver projects on time and within scope. Monitor project performance, analyze financial metrics, and implement corrective actions as necessary to optimize project outcomes. Ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and budgetary requirements. Manage collaboration between owner, design team, and contractor. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to identify business opportunities and secure new projects. Lead key Bridge pursuits and prepare bid documents including design, schedule, cost estimate, etc. Drive business development efforts, including proposal preparation, client presentations, and negotiations, to expand the company's portfolio of bridge projects. Stay informed about industry structural and bridge trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in bridge construction and engineering. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the bridge practice in our Western Region. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree in Structures preferred. Professional Engineer (PE) license required; additional licensure (e.g., Structural Engineer) is a plus. Minimum of 20 years of experience in bridge design and project management. Proven track record of successfully winning and delivering bridge projects on time and within budget. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build new and maintain existing relationships with clients and stakeholders. Demonstrated business development experience, including key relationships, proposal writing, client presentations, and contract negotiations. Deep understanding of industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to bridge construction and engineering. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel as needed to project sites and client meetings. Certified Project Manager a plus Compensation Range: $184,122.00 - $245,496.00 Don’t meet every single requirement?
