Job ResponsibilitiesDevelops strategies to reach sales goals
Presenting, promoting, and selling company products
Developing and maintaining positive and long term customer relationships
Addressing customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Conducting market research to identify the latest industry trends
Researching and analyzing competitor product offerings and services
Negotiate and close vendor contracts

Qualifications and SkillCommunicates well and has strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
A strategic and analytical thinker, able to act quickly and effectively when balancing multiple tasks and happy to be hands-on
Works well independently and has advanced time management and organization skills
Good aptitude in analyzing issues and proposing solutions

Education and Experience RequirementsBachelor’s degree
Bilingual in Korean and English
