About the Role: As an Event Coordinator at Style Netbox, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events for our clients. You'll work closely with our creative and marketing teams to ensure every detail is meticulously managed, creating unforgettable experiences that captivate and inspire.
Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate events from conception to completion, including corporate events, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Liaise with clients to understand their event goals and requirements, providing expert advice and guidance.
• Manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and within the allocated budget.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure necessary resources and services.
• Develop and manage event timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.
• Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Handle any issues or emergencies that arise during events, providing prompt and effective solutions.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event planning and coordination.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office suite.
