About the Role: As a Junior Account Representative at Style Netbox, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and developing client relationships. You will support senior account managers, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that their needs are met promptly and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Assist senior account managers in managing client accounts, including regular communication and follow-up.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Prior experience in client relations or account management is a plus but not required.
- Competitive hourly wage: $16 - $18 per hour.
