We are looking for individuals who are self-driven and client focused! The position provides unlimited potential for an individual to achieve their earning goals and career objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure guests are greeted when they arrive in a professional and courteous manner
• Educate clients on the features and options with their newly purchased vehicle
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure 100% satisfaction, repeat and referral business
• Build relationships & create customers for life
• Be a vehicle expert. Know the features and product offerings on all makes and models. Present optional packages and latest technology
• Complete certification training for both the dealership and manufacturer
• Meet monthly sales goals and quotas

Qualifications:

• Prior automotive sales experience is NOT REQUIRED
• Professional training will be provided
• Superior customer service and follow-up skills
• Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook
• Detail-oriented, and highly organized
• Professional appearance and personality
• Outgoing personality, positive attitude and a strong work ethic
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Applicants must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
