#### Position Summary:
We are seeking a fully bilingual (Spanish-English) Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care and have the ability to effectively communicate with our diverse patient population. You will work closely with our internal medicine physician and a complete medical staff, including medical assistants and an office manager, to provide comprehensive care.

#### Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services to adults and older adults, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
- Conduct thorough patient examinations and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Develop and implement patient management plans, record progress notes, and assist in the provision of continuity of care.
- Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Educate patients and their families on wellness, prevention, and treatment options.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
- Participate in staff meetings, continuing education, and quality improvement initiatives.

#### Qualifications:
- Current and valid license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Florida.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (fluency required).
- Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience, preferably in primary care or internal medicine.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems.
