As a Prefabrication Foreman, you’ll shock us by:

• Organizing the materials, labor, and equipment necessary for timely installation per the construction schedule and ensuring the quality of workmanship for these installations.
• Reviewing all contract documents for technical installation methods and displaying a complete understanding of the scope of work.
• Actively pursuing further educational opportunities to learn additional information on theory, code, and practical installation methods.
• Providing alternative solutions and adapting to meet individual customer needs.
