As a Training & Development Manager, you’ll shock us by:

• Designs and develops technical and/or trade-related curriculum, based on organizational needs for the Apprenticeship Programs as well as any other training for the Electrical Services Division
• Training and advising supervisors, manager, and others involved in team member development efforts
• Managing the Apprenticeship Program and serving as the main point of contact for apprentices, mentors, and managers
• Effectively facilitating the QuickStart training program, coordinating with Safety, Equipment and Tools Specialists.
