Position Overview: Empire Hospitality Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated QSR Project Manager to oversee our quick-service restaurant (QSR) projects. This role involves managing remodels, relocations, and new builds while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to create detailed reports and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Project Management: Lead and manage QSR remodels, relocations, and new build projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

· Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain detailed project reports, dashboards, and performance metrics. Conduct cost analysis and track expenses to ensure projects remain within budget.

· Unit-Level R&M: Oversee unit-level repair and maintenance activities, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to the required standards.

· Tracking and Documentation: Implement tracking systems to monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

· Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and internal teams. Provide regular updates on project status and address any concerns or questions.

· Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

· Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

· Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the QSR or hospitality industry.

· Skills:

o Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.

o Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

o Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project, Asana, or similar.

o Ability to create detailed reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.

o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

o Ability to travel as needed to oversee projects across multiple locations.
