**Duties:**

- Manage day-to-day store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service.

- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

**Skills:**

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the customer experience.

- Bilingual proficiency is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.78 - $15.94 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 42 per week
