Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Immigration Attorney to join their reputable law firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration law, excellent client service skills, and a passion for helping individuals navigate the complexities of immigration processes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in all areas of immigration law.
• Prepare and file immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, as necessary.
• Stay current with changes in immigration laws and policies.
• Advise clients on legal rights and obligations, including family-based and employment-based immigration matters.
• Manage a diverse caseload and meet deadlines effectively.
• Work collaboratively with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law and in good standing with the state bar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in immigration law.
• Strong knowledge of immigration law and procedures, including family-based and employment-based immigration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to client service.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience representing clients in court.
• Membership in the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
