Success On The Spectrum Englewood Cliffs is Hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (PT) Near Englewood, NJ
- Work In Center Monday - Friday 7:45 am-1pm
- Minimum two times per week, work in client’s home 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm (Mandatory for FT Employees)
- Client material creation and preparation
- Directly Implement Individualized Treatment Plans under the direction of BCBA
- Incorporate sensory activities into the session (Arts/Crafts/Activities/Games)
- Record client data into software
- Convert appointments and write detailed SOAP (Subject, Objective, Assessment, Plan) notes
- Attend weekly team meetings with BCBA (after hours)
- Attend Quarterly in-service training and team bonding activities
- Cleaning duties
- OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES NOT INCLUDED MAY BE ADDED AS NEEDED.
- High School Diploma (College Degree preferred)
- SHOULD have experience supervising/working with infants and/or children
- No criminal background
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to lift at least 40 pounds, to sit on the floor, and to be physically active
- Report to the CEO
- Report to BCBA
- Report to Clinical Director
- Report to Regional Director
- Salary: $16-$22/hr (depending on experience)
- 10 days paid vacation (after probationary period)
- 10 days paid holidays (after probationary period)
- Unlimited Non-Paid Time Off
- Company paid BACB Certification (RBT certification course)
- Company paid BLS / CPR certification
- Opportunities for advancement: Performance Reviews every 6 months
