Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Behavioral Therapist at Success On The Spectrum. The Behavioral Therapist will be responsible for implementing ABA Therapy, using systematic instructional procedures and data collection to help children with autism learn new skills and reduce destructive behaviors. This is an on-site role located in Cranford, NJ.

Qualifications

• Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis skills
• Experience working with children, especially those with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of psychology and behavior principles
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of each child
• Experience with data collection and analysis
• Certification in ABA or related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
