This is a full-time on-site role as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Success On The Spectrum in DeSoto, TX. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, providing parent education, implementing ABA Therapy, and evaluating the progress and effectiveness of the therapy. Qualifications

• Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis
• Experience in conducting assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
• Knowledge of parent education techniques
• Strong background in psychology
• Proficient in behavior management techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team
• Experience with data collection and analysis
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA or BCaBA)
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
