Responsibilities
- Preparation of month-end financial statements and related procedures
- Ensure AP and AR activities are up-to-date
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting, including KPI reporting and analysis
- Assessment and improvement of financial systems and operations for peak accuracy and efficiency
- Payroll administration
- QuickBooks experience
- 3-5 years of hands-on accounting experience
- Substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, and customer billing
- Highly organized with the ability to approach each issue with an analytical mindset
