We are currently hiring a part-time pastry professional with experience working with a variety of pastry products, including cakes, macarons, tarts, laminated dough, buttercreams, entremets, and cookies.
You must have the ability to execute proper prep, baking, and post-bake procedures in a timely fashion and to achieve consistency and excellence in the finished product.
Cleanliness and organization is expected of any applicant. Must be able to work two days of the week starting at 5am. Willing to train right candidate!
