We’re seeking a Corporate Controller who thrives in dynamic environments, adept at collaborating with individuals at all levels within and outside the company. Join our positive, team-oriented atmosphere and make a significant impact.
Responsibilities:

• Direct supervision of all accounting and financial reporting functions including everything from period close to business tax filing.
• period close process including account analysis and reconciliations
• general ledger maintenance
• accounts receivable
• accounts payable
• payroll
• business tax filings
• Supervise monthly internal and external financial reporting
• Manage annual corporate and subsidiary budgets preparation
• Coordinate annual reviews of subsidiary financial statements
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls and systems
• Effectively manage and report cash balances
• Assist in upgrading financial and reporting systems in collaboration with the IT team
• Effectively lead the accounting team members and internal customer relationships

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience as a controller or supervisory accounting and financial reporting role
• B.S. degree in Accounting
• Experience with multi-business operations and corporate consolidation
• Preferred experience with Great Plains Dynamics, Business Central, Restaurant 360, and Dayforce
• Restaurant, food production or retail industry experience is a plus

Compensation:
Starting salary range: $160,000 - $185,000 per year, plus an annual bonus plan. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
