Job Description:

As a Bar Back/Busser at Suite 200, you will play a crucial role in supporting our bar and dining operations, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting bartenders with stocking and replenishing supplies, clearing and resetting tables, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in both the bar and dining areas.

Responsibilities:

• Assist bartenders with stocking and replenishing bar supplies, including liquor, glassware, and garnishes

• Clear and clean tables promptly, ensuring a neat and tidy dining environment for guests

• Reset tables efficiently for the next guests, including refreshing table settings

• Assist with general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar and dining areas, including trash removal and restroom upkeep

• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting guests with inquiries and ensuring their needs are met

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bar Back, Busser, or in a similar role preferred but not required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and sanitation

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• TIPS certification or willingness to obtain certification is a plus
