We seek a dedicated and compassionate female caregiver to join our team and provide exceptional care to our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience with Hoyer lifts and be able to assist with daily living activities. Fluency in English is required, and the ability to speak Hindi or Urdu is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Safely operate Hoyer lift equipment to transfer the client between bed, wheelchair, and other locations
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Monitor and report changes in health, behavior, and needs to the family or medical professionals

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a caregiver, specifically with Hoyer lift operations
• Ability to work 7 days a week, 4 hours each day
• Strong communication skills in English; fluency in Hindi or Urdu is a plus
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a strong work ethic
• Physical stamina to assist with lifting and transferring clients
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in CPR and first aid is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
