Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a General Administrator at Virginia Id Doctors Llc located in Arlington, VA. As a General Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative tasks, which may include managing office supplies, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and handling general inquiries.

Responsibilities

· Good Communication Skills.

· Basic computer skills - Excel, PowerPoint, Word and type good

· Answer phone calls.

· Make appointments check all faxes regularly and notify doctor for abnormalities.

· Call Pharmacy in Medications and refills.

· Store information like patient history and insurance.

· Schedule appointments based on doctor availability.

· Call patients to remind them of upcoming appointments.

· Should be able to manage patient medical records and obtain appropriate information for patient medical records.

· Should be able to scribe notes while Doctor is seeing the patient (remote)
