SUMMARY:

The Automotive Training Facilitator will be expected to deliver hands-on training sessions that will improve shop processes to elevate the customer experience, grow sales and meet safety regulations. The Automotive Training Facilitator will be expected to check supplies at each location visited and ensure proper tools are being used .

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing hands-on training at Retail & Commercial locations, covering various roles and levels
• Delivering certified training sessions in areas such as GS101, Goodyear, ASE, TIA, Hunter Alignment, Advanced Diagnostic:
• Collaborating with the Learning & Development manager to coordinate and design training curriculum 
• Measuring training outcomes and discussing career path opportunities with employees and managers
• Inspecting the condition of tools and supplies at each location
• Traveling to our New England sites to assist with training and re-certification of staff

REQUIREMENTS:

• Automotive Technician Experience 5 Years required
• A valid driver’s license
• Dependable transportation
• High School diploma
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a high paced, complex team environment
• Team-player attitude
• Basic LMS knowledge preferably with Cornerstone
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, particularly as it relates to explaining both simple and complex technical concepts to non-technical users. Additionally, the ability to speak in front of both small and large audiences
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite products and other teleconferencing solutions (i.e. Microsoft Teams, Zoom, WebEx, etc.)
