REQUIREMENTS

➢ Accredited CNA Program

➢ CNA Certification

➢ Basic Life Support Certification

➢ 2- Dose COVID-19 Vaccine Booster(s)

➢ TB Screening (2-Step / Chest X-Ray)

➢ Valid Driver’s License Auto Insurance

➢ Authorized to work in the U.S.

DUTIES

➢ Perform ADLs.

➢ Assist with ambulation and transfers.

➢ Take vitals and record results.

➢ Document & report change of condition(s) to patient’s licensed nurse.

➢ Document & report per SNF protocol & policy.

➢ Adhere to HIPAA at all times.

➢ Adhere to patient protocols & care plans.

➢ Adhere to SNF policies, procedures, & guidelines.

Pay: $30.00 per hour
