Position: Facilities Technician (Industrial Waste)

Location: Chandler AZ

Shift Timings

Shift Hours: 5:45 AM - 6:15 PM

Shift Days: Sunday -Tuesday and every other Wednesday

NOTE: Experience in Wastewater, SCADA, Preventative Maintenance, Associate is a must.

Job Description:

This role is 100% Onsite. Local candidates only.

• This position is for field work where they will be spending time out in the field working on industrial equipment (need to be able to lift 25 lbs and/or wear protective personal equipment beyond basic).
• Not a desk job. Must be able to stand or walk for a 12-hour shift.

Description:

• Position will be supporting routine operations and maintenance on the Intel Ocotillo Factory Waste Treatment systems, and will be required to work on different shifts based on business needs.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Operating and maintaining industrial wastewater treatment, which supports our operations facilities.
• Performing routine preventative and corrective maintenance procedures.
• Utilizing quality systems and diagnosing process issues in industrial treatment systems.
• Role modeling safety and quality. Treatability studies of different chemical constituents feeding Industrial Waste systems.
• Commissioning new IWS systems, including FAT/OAT document review and implementation, startup support, and training delivery.

Additional Skills:-

• Good computer skills and an aptitude to quickly learn software applications.
• Knowledge in the theory and principles of operations and controls of facilities systems.
• Working knowledge and hands-on Technical capabilities of preventative and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair
• Instrumentation and control knowledge with SCADA systems.
• Ability to work from maintenance schedules, blueprints, procedures, and diagrams
• Good - Verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to function and interact in a fast-paced team environment is essential.

Minimum Educational Requirement:

• Two-year Associates Degree with at least 2 years of related facilities experience.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
