We are searching for a full-time maintenance person to routinely maintain the common areas of a condominium complex, and occasionally perform maintenance in units at the owners request. The right candidate will have had successful experience in maintenance in the past, be mechanically inclined, must be able to follow instructions, be responsible, dependable, neat worker, team player, positive and professional attitude and trustworthy. Will report directly to the property manager daily.

Tasks include, but are not limited to: plumbing, painting, drywall repair, minor electrical repairs, custodial, pressure washing, landscaping, changing AC filters, and escorting vendors throughout the facility periodically.

Must be able to work every other weekend during peak season. Must have own insured transportation as running errands will be necessary at times. Having own tools is a plus but not required.

Daily hours are 7am-4pm.

Must have valid drivers license and be able to pass random drug screening.
