Field Trainer for In-Home Sales

If you have successful experience with in-home sales, preferably in Home Improvements and feel you can coach others to success, then we'd like to talk to you.

Job Duties (including but not limited to):

Coach current teams, between 5 different offices in northern Indiana, including one in Illinois, effective communication, and sales process.

Lead by example - using the process and methods taught.

Job Requirements

• MUST HAVE IN-HOME SALES EXPERIENCE PREFERABLY WITH HOME IMPROVEMENTS!
• Understand and be able to teach value-added selling.
