Duties and Responsibilities:

• Seek out and build new relationships and contracts with commercial customers.
• Meet customers in their homes to consult on cabinet and kitchen transformations.
• Maintain frequent communications with clients and prompt follow-up with prospects and clients.
• Conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process (training is provided).
• Must be a closer. Ask for the sale, be persistent in follow-up, and have a strong desire to succeed.
• Track and maintain notes in our CRM software.
• Represent the brand professionally in appearance and attire and position yourself as an industry professional.
• Communicate and report regularly with the owner and management.
• Generate leads at home shows and other networking, industry, and local events.
