Position Summary:

The Accounts Receivable Support specialist will enter new customer/job information into internal system and verify customer job site tax settings. This position will also process journal entries related to excise tax and builders risk allocations. Maintaining relationships with the A/R Manager, Project Coordinators, Project Managers, and Accounts Payable to facilitate flow of accurate A/R billings will be essential. This position will also generate customer statements twice a month along with monitoring job status' per company standard to include dating status changes and reconciling bank accounts. 

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in accounting/business management preferred
• Research and analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Organizational skills
• Ability to communicate and work within a team
